Our dedicated Events Coordinator can help you plan all the details, from helping you decide on a theme (if you want one) to suggestions on how to bring your theme to life. They will help organise any equipment you need such as, microphones and audio-visual equipment, special lighting or entertainment. They will suggest the best table set-up depending on your numbers and type of function, and walk you through all the space options and associated costs for your event.
Our purpose-built conference room is on the groundfloor with air-conditioning, flexible furniture arrangements and several entry options. It is the perfect space to hold a meeting, conference, training session or create a fully themed event.
Measuring 12.5 m x 9.5 m it can seat up to 100 people and has direct access to our licensed bar and covered courtyard area.
A relaxed space that can be booked for groups of around twenty who are happy to share the space with our other diners. The entire restaurant can also be booked, but as the restaurant is also open to the public this needs to be discussed with the Events Manager.
The Terrace Restaurant seats 90-100 with a variety of layouts.
A smaller more intimate setting that can comfortably seat 20-25 with a variety of layouts or more for a standing cocktail style event.
The fully licensed Terrace Wine Bar opens on to our covered courtyard area, and they can be booked together.
The covered courtyard overlooks the pool area, It's a great informal option that works equally well for a cocktail party or as a gourmet BBQ setting.
The tropical garden that frames our lawn area is a wonderful space for stand-up cocktails, wedding ceremonies and race-day picnics where guests can mingle freely.
