Our conference facilities offer an abundance of natural light, along with a wonderful alfresco and undercover space for breakouts, breaks and gatherings. Facilities include a large purpose built conference room and a spacious licensed restaurant to a more intimate wine bar area and adjoining undercover courtyard space overlooking the lagoon pool or an expansive lawn area framed by lushious tropical gardens.

The Island Room Convention and Event Centre

 

The Islander Room is flexible enough to suit any kind of event providing approximately 130 square meters of space suitable for several room configurations.

For events that run into the evening, or over several days, we offer you the opportunity to utilise our restaurant or, for a more relaxed environment on a balmy summer's night, choose one of our gourmet packages to enjoy in our covered courtyard which extends off the Bambino wine bar.

All corporate events have access to our Business Services Team who will help ensure your event runs smoothly. We also have a highly skilled corporate trainer to support you if required, who can help you create an energising and results-driven program to achieve the business outcomes you want or help you design some team building exercises into your day to enrich the experience.

Our gourmet food and wine packages (see Dining & Catering Brochure) are perfect for most corporate functions, award nights, breakfast presentations, seminars, product launches and cocktail receptions. if you can't find something that suits we are happy to work with you to design a package that meets your specific tastes and budget. Regardless of the package, our chefs only use the freshest produce and the utmost care is taken to produce a style of cuisine that creates the perfect dining experience for your guests.  

Team Building

If your conference runs over several days we would encourage you to consider introducing a team building activity into your program to provide experiential learning that promotes teamwork and communication. We have areas onsite that can be used for either indoor or outdoor activities.
